Settle Down

Iam here in Manila Philippines adjusting to the humidity, just bought a new Suzuki Grand Vitara 4x4 v6. Plan on doing some traveling around the Philippines enjoying the scenery.

Virginia Beach

Still contemplating on leaving Virginia Beach.  Planning on going back to Philippines where my Mom has decided to live thru her golden years.

Cool polo shirt

Found a cool Adidas polo shirt with the logo of my graduate school. All Ateneans out there eat your hearts out, got it for PhP 1,195 at SM North EDSA.

Escape

Thats me and my brand new '08 Ford Escape, I just got it but I plan on using it for long drives. I already used it to go to Albay and see the Mayon volcano. This time I plan to go to Fort Ilocandia in the Ilocos region and the Hundred Islands in Pangasinan. I may use the Suzuki for that trip.

Movies at the Mall

This is Bush my Ecleptus parrot. Finally got some time to go and watch "Body of Lies" with Leonardo DiCaprio and Russel Crowe. Liked the action scenes. Think the high tech surveillance is kinda over the top.

Sideswiped

This is the damage done to brand new '08 Grand Vitara. Insurance claiming here is so different than in the states, even if you were the aggrieved party you have to do all the paperwork and go thru all the hassels. It will take a couple of weeks at the dealership to get it all fixed and you don't get a loaner car while they work on it, bummer.

Its Sunday

Getting ready for Lunch prayer meeting, its the one year death anniversary of one of our neighbors.  Probably go to church at the Sto. Nino Parish Church later on.

Chillin

Just chillin right now, ordered some materials for renovations Iam having done to the apartment complex.

Tropical Sun

Had lunch at Max Brenner's at Trinoma Mall. Ordered Jumbalaya and Iced Coffee. Soup and Jumbalaya was superb, recommend to friends.
